Scope of Works
- Project Management & Planning: Delivered end-to-end project management, mobilisation, surveying and compliance for the pavement rejuvenation of Runways 06L/24R and 06R/24L at Jandakot Airport, ensuring all works complied with airport operational procedures and the CASA Manual of Standards Part 139.
- Staging & Airfield Operations: Developed and implemented a detailed staging methodology in collaboration with airport stakeholders, enabling all works to be safely completed within restricted airfield access windows while maintaining full airport operations.
- Pavement Rejuvenation: Completed pavement rejuvenation works including baseline and post-treatment runway friction testing, rubber removal where required, and application of a single-coat Jet Black pavement rejuvenation treatment in accordance with project specifications.
- Line Marking: Reinstated all affected runway and taxiway pavement markings, including runway threshold markings, runway designators, centrelines, lead-on/lead-off lines, and taxiway edge lines, ensuring compliance with aviation standards.

- Successfully delivered all works within a live operational airport environment with no disruption to aircraft movements or operational delays.
- Developed an innovative staged construction methodology that maximised productivity while maintaining continuous airfield operations and meeting strict airside access requirements.
- Completed all pavement rejuvenation works in full compliance with CASA Manual of Standards Part 139 and Jandakot Airport operational procedures.
- Achieved all project milestones on time and within budget while maintaining an outstanding safety performance with zero incidents.
