Scope of Works

• Foundations: Completed excavation, compaction, and backfilling works to prepare for new structural foundations.
• Service Management: Exposed and provided temporary support for existing communications services during construction operations.
• Structural Works: Constructed new footings and support pedestals in accordance with design specifications.
• Reactor Foundation: Delivered the new reactor foundation, including installation and alignment of the anchor bolt template.
• Pavement Works: Constructed new reinforced concrete and asphalt pavements to suit final site requirements.

Project Features

• Risk-Managed Construction: Delivered new foundations adjacent to critical communications and high-voltage cables without causing any service disruptions.
