Scope of Works

• Design and construction of services to the site boundary, including stormwater, low-voltage (LV) power, sewer, potable and fire water, communications, and street lighting.
• Integration with existing networks through new pipework and service connections.
• Complete design and construction of earthworks, ground preparation for site development, and roadworks, including formation and surfacing.
• Supply and installation or replacement of signage.
• Compilation and submission of as-built plans.
• Provision of all relevant supporting documentation for compliance and future reference.
