Scope of Works
- Construction of new entry and exit plazas off Paltridge Drive, including installation of TMA boom gate infrastructure.
- Modifications to the existing car park to provide new vehicle and pedestrian access/egress points, incorporating new asphalt walkways, line marking, wayfinding signage, and fencing.
- Reconfiguration of existing car park layout with new line marking and wheel stops to define allocated parking bays.
- Construction and landscape new internal swales with connecting pipework throughout the site.
- Stage the project delivery to enable early handover of approximately 600 parking bays. This critical milestone must be clearly shown in the project schedule to ensure PAPL can utilise these bays during ongoing works.
- Removal of existing lighting poles and installation of new lighting infrastructure, including luminaires and CCTV systems. Light poles, luminaires, and CCTV poles to be itemised separately in the schedule of rates.
- Connect communications and electrical infrastructure to PAPL-supplied connection points.
- Upgrade to external road network signage and construction of new roadside signage.
- Disconnection and make safe redundant services from the adjacent site as required, including electrical and sewer services.

- Dedicated bus route pavement, including set-out, profiling, and installation of 30mm DG10 50B asphalt with tied edges.
- Integration of three new VMS bay count digital signs.
- Structural canopies measuring 10 metres and 14 metres in length.
